Customer service can also be reached via Customer's Rights: Videos may be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase for a full refund. (Globalstage will not cover the cost of return postage). Defective videos may be exchanged for replacement videos within thirty (30) days of purchase. Customer may cancel his subscription at any time, but if he does, his account balance will be recalculated to reflect a non discounted rate for all vidoes received.
